Mix together

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp sweet smoked paprika
a few good pinches of alderwood smoked salt
a few cranks of fresh ground black pepper
some garlic powder

reduce over medium heat until a little syrupy. Should only take a few minutes.

mix in 1/8 cup Sweet & Smokey mustard.

Glaze a ham with it. Yum.
